To reach the property you will travel on an circa 1.5 mile unmade up road that whilst easily navigable has a couple steep bends and you have to navigate around the odd pot hole. You will need to get out of your car and open 2 sets of gates. One is on to our Country Estate and the 2nd takes you in to your private 6ft fenced Enclosed Woodland Retreat. Whilst La Touring Caravane has hot and cold running water and central heating and an en-suite shower room and loo you will need to empty your "black waste" (waste from your toilet) cassette in to the designated disposal point. The Caravane benefits from Star Link Wifi Most mobile phones work well up here As you are in the middle of a wood you will not be able to have supermarket deliveries. To make up for this one of the delights of this area is shopping and eating locally! On our Private Country Estate we have 3 other Boutique Holiday Cottages. These are set away from your private woodland enclosure and they are approached via a different access route. In order to make the "towing weight" the fixtures and fittings in touring caravans such as this are notoriously delicate and need to be handled with great care. With this in mind and the fact that this is our much adored 2nd home we do charge a "good housekeeping" bond of £150. This is payable with your balance payment by bank and if all is well we will return it to you via bank transfer on the same day of your departure. Plug sockets are available Cooking: The inside kitchen has a 4 ring hob and a double gas oven. There is a good size fridge with a small freeze department Kettle, toaster, pots, pans a small air fryer, plates, glasses are supplied. For outside cooking there is a top of the range two ring Cadec stove - this is similar to a gas BBQ but much better! There is an outside kitchen food prep table
